Are there any updates for the Building Energy Efficiency Standards?
Yes. California’s Building Energy Efficiency Standards updated on an approximate three-year cycle. As of today, the standard was updated in 2013. In 2013 the standards Were improve upon the 2008 Standards. The 2013 Standards went into effect July 1, 2014
What will you send me after I send you the drawing?
After we receive your information and plans, you will receive from us a set of filled out and signed standard forms. The form will be signed by a Certified Energy Plans Examiner, and they are guaranteed to meet your Title 24 energy report requirements for your building department.
How long will it take for you to generate and complete the reports?
In most cases, the reports for the residential Title 24 Energy completed within 2-4 business days. In some projects, it may be longer.
Do you offer services for non-residential or a commercial project?
At the moment we don’t offer this service for non-residential or a commercial project
We need the following to start your services:
- Hot water system type
- Floor plan
- If it’s not indicated in the floor plan, we need Window & door schedules
- Exterior elevation views
- North arrow of the house Orientation
- The type of Heating -Cooling equipment you have.
